What Is StayReady?

StayReady is DA LLC's sponsor-led qualification platform for hospitality operators, owners, and property decision-makers. We use a short application to confirm who can approve action, the property environment involved, what the facility needs, and whether the organization is prepared to move within the next 90 days. The objective is not to sell generic consulting; it is to identify which incentives, tax credits, utility programs, and modernization paths may be available to the property.

Hospitality operators face a practical gap: aging HVAC, water, guest-room, accessibility, and life-safety systems create operating pressure, while property-improvement capital competes with daily guest-service priorities. StayReady helps qualified organizations surface the right program path early, before deferred maintenance, brand requirements, or compliance pressure narrows the available options.
