What Is HarvestLine?

HarvestLine is DA LLC's sponsor-led qualification platform for food and beverage processors, owners, and facility decision-makers. We use a short application to confirm who can approve action, the processing environment involved, what the facility needs, and whether the organization is prepared to move within the next 90 days. The objective is not to sell generic consulting; it is to identify which incentives, tax credits, utility programs, processing programs, and modernization paths may be available to the facility.

Food and beverage operators face a practical gap: aging processing, refrigeration, packaging, water, and traceability systems create operating and compliance pressure, while modernization capital competes with production continuity. HarvestLine helps qualified organizations surface the right program path early, before capacity constraints, food-safety requirements, or deferred maintenance narrow the available options.

Food & Beverage Facility Readiness Check

HarvestLine gives independent food and beverage operators a preliminary, non-confidential review of the benefits, programs, and readiness paths most relevant to their organization. We consolidate the initial screen into seven practical categories so decision-makers can quickly see which opportunities merit documentation and professional validation.

Check What it covers
Processing & Packaging Modernization Tax-treatment screening for qualifying processing, packaging, refrigeration, controls, automation, and material-handling equipment.
Energy, Refrigeration & Utility Benefits Energy-efficient building deductions, clean electricity and storage credits, rural-energy indicators, and utility-supported upgrades.
Food Safety & Traceability Readiness FDA facility, food-safety-plan, traceability, process-control, and supporting documentation readiness.
Environmental & Workforce Compliance OSHA consultation, EPA and wastewater exposure, refrigerant handling, and workforce-compliance indicators.
Capital Structure & Financing Readiness Equipment-secured term debt, working-capital and ABL readiness, operating-performance review, and encumbrance screening.
USDA & Economic Development Programs Value-added, eligible processing, rural-business, workforce-training, and community-investment program indicators.
Statewide & Local Programs Other state, county, municipal, agricultural, utility, and ZIP-specific programs available to qualifying facilities.

Terms of service

HarvestLine is a sponsor-led project capital resources review offered by Data Architect LLC for food and beverage operators, owners, and facility decision-makers. The application includes preliminary, no-fee industry benefit checks. However, it is not a request for a quote, a clinical assessment, a regulatory certification, a promise of financing, or a guarantee that any subsidy, tax credit, utility program, rebate, compliance pathway, or modernization execution will be available to an applicant. Submitting an application opens our sponsor review process only; Applying does not establish eligibility, approval, savings, regulatory compliance, accreditation status, or a commitment to lend. Review results are based on the historical, non-confidential, or confidential organization and facility information provided with the application. This application authorizes operator due diligence, which may include, but is not limited to, up to thirty-six (36) months of tax, utility, financial, and operating records, together with ownership, facility, and project documentation. Executing and completing sponsor diligence does not constitute credit approval or guarantee lending. Any financing remains subject to complete diligence, independent underwriting, lender approval, and definitive documentation. Program availability, rules, deadlines, incentives, and benefits may change without notice and may vary by geography, facility type, ownership structure, tax status, operating profile, licensing, payer mix, lender requirements, or the condition and use of the property. This program does not replace the applicant's legal, tax, accounting, engineering, clinical, accreditation, reimbursement, or regulatory advisors. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, accounting, engineering, clinical, investment, regulatory, or financing advice.
